Q. When will my order be sent?
A. Orders are usually packed and sent on the next business day, depending on order volumes, unless an item is out of stock. You will receive an email confirmation of shipping.
Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A. Enter your postcode into the Delivery Time Estimator. Enter sender postcode 4103 Annerley and select the business day after ordering. You may have an option for Express Post at checkout. Express is not available on larger orders or any order containing LED Lights or Batteries.
Q. How can I track my parcel?
A. Your shipping confirmation email should have your parcel tracking number. For parcels shipped via Australia Post use the Tracking feature.
Q. My tracking number shows up No Results Found when I enter it into AusPost. Has it been sent?
A. Australia Post tracking is not a step-by-step tracking that you may find from a courier. There is often no scan results until an "Out For Delivery Today" scan. Please check the Delivery Time Estimator to check when it's due for delivery. Rest assured if you received the Shipping confirmation email the parcel was indeed sent as promised.
Q. Can I buy a bundle of water beads and get you to send me the colours I specify?
A. No. We offer discounted pricing based on volume per product. As such we do not split, change or repack products or offers.
Q. My order is small. Why can't I choose Express?
A. You must have ordered Lithium Batteries or glass bowls. Express Post is not available on batteries due to government safety regulations.
Q. I'm only ordering one thing. Why is postage $10?
A. We offer a flat rate of $10 regular post Australia Wide regardless of order size. We do recommend ordering more, less often, rather than regular tiny orders. This will save you money and save us time processing orders, which means we're dispatching all of our orders faster. If you are placing a small sample order we will include a $10 coupon to use off a larger order in the near future.
Q. Do you offer pickup in Brisbane?
A. Click & Collect is available as a shipping method at checkout. Once we receive your order we will pack your order and send it to our sister business in Annerley for collection. The Shipping Confirmation email will have all the details for collection.
